How we configure Minnesota
Evaluation clock
30 school days from the district's receipt of parental permission to evaluate, unless a conciliation conference or hearing is requested. (Minn. R. 3525.2550, subp. 2).
Initial IEP meeting
The initial IEP must be completed within 30 calendar days of the eligibility determination. (Minn. R. ch. 3525; 34 CFR § 300.323(c)(1)).
Goal alignment
SMART goals aligned to Minnesota Academic Standards, plus functional and adaptive domains.

Transition planning
Transition components flagged for review by age 14, supporting Indicator 13.

TPA Ventures drafts; your team decides. Every goal, accommodation and notice is reviewed and finalized by certified staff and parents. TPA Ventures does not make eligibility or placement determinations and does not replace the IEP team required by 34 CFR § 300.321.
Cut IEP drafting time by 60% while strengthening legal defensibility.
