Careers
Build the tool special educators wish they had.
Engineering, applied AI and security work from our Mumbai headquarters at Hamam House, Fort, on a hybrid schedule. Customer-facing and content roles are remote across the United States. Every team shares a daily overlap window so decisions do not wait a night.
How we work
What every full-time role includes.
Overlap hours, not all hours
Mumbai and U.S. teams share a four-hour window each day. Outside it, work is asynchronous and written down.
Health cover for you and dependents
Group medical insurance in India and employer-paid medical, dental and vision plans in the United States.
Equity for every full-time role
Stock options with a standard four-year vest, in every role on every team.
Time off that is actually taken
24 days of paid leave plus local public holidays, and a company-wide shutdown in the last week of December.
Learning budget
An annual allowance for courses, conferences and certifications, including special education credentials for content staff.
Hardware and workspace
Your choice of laptop, and a stipend for a home office or a coworking seat near you.
Open roles
6 open positions.
Every role lists the real responsibilities and the requirements that matter. If you meet most of them, apply.

Hiring process
Four steps, about three weeks.
01
Application review
A person on the hiring team reads every application within five business days. We reply either way.
02
Introductory call
Thirty minutes with the hiring manager about the role, the team and what you are looking for.
03
Working session
A paid, scoped exercise close to the real work: a code review, a goal rubric critique, a rollout plan or a design walkthrough, followed by a discussion of it.
04
Team conversations and offer
Two conversations with future colleagues, references, then a written offer. Most candidates hear a decision within three weeks of applying.
