How we configure Oregon
Evaluation clock
An initial evaluation must be completed within 60 school days from written parent consent to the date of the meeting to consider eligibility. The same 60 school day clock applies to reevaluations. (OAR 581-015-2110(5)).
Initial IEP meeting
The IEP must be developed within 30 calendar days of the eligibility determination. (OAR 581-015-2220; 34 CFR § 300.323(c)(1)).
