FERPA configuration
- TPA Ventures operates as a school official under 34 CFR § 99.31(a)(1)(i)(B) with legitimate educational interest; the Infinite Campus connection is scoped to the students and fields your district authorizes in writing.
- Connector credentials are stored encrypted (AES-256) in a dedicated secrets vault, rotated on your schedule, and never visible to TPA Ventures support staff.
- Every read and write is recorded in an immutable audit log with user, timestamp, student identifier and field changed, exportable for state monitoring or records requests.

Which OneRoster version do you use with Campus?
OneRoster 1.2 where enabled; 1.1 is supported for districts that have not upgraded.
Do you need access to all of Campus?
No. Your administrator grants a scoped OneRoster connection and a specific extract. Health, discipline and counseling records are excluded by default.
Is this a certified Campus integration?
No. TPA Ventures uses the open rostering standard and the exports your district controls.
