- Connector credentials are stored encrypted (AES-256) in a dedicated secrets vault, rotated on your schedule, and never visible to TPA Ventures support staff.
- Every read and write is recorded in an immutable audit log with user, timestamp, student identifier and field changed, exportable for state monitoring or records requests.

Is TPA Ventures an Aeries partner?
No. The connection uses an API certificate your district issues and can revoke at any time.
Does this pair with SEIS?
Yes. Many California LEAs roster from Aeries and pull IEP data from SEIS exports.
