- Connector credentials are stored encrypted (AES-256) in a dedicated secrets vault, rotated on your schedule, and never visible to TPA Ventures support staff.
- Every read and write is recorded in an immutable audit log with user, timestamp, student identifier and field changed, exportable for state monitoring or records requests.

Yes, where the state or district permits report exports. Our team confirms the export path during onboarding.
Is TPA Ventures affiliated with PCG?
No. TPA Ventures is independent and uses the exports your district controls.
Will Medicaid billing data be read?
No. Billing and Medicaid fields are excluded from the export scope by default.
