FERPA configuration
- TPA Ventures signs the California Student Data Privacy Agreement (CA-NDPA) and complies with SOPIPA (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22584) and Cal. Educ. Code § 49073.1.
- SEIS exports are scoped to the LEA or SELPA that authorizes them; one LEA cannot see another LEA's students.
- Every export ingestion and draft delivery is logged with user, timestamp and SSID for SELPA-level audit.
