- Connector credentials are stored encrypted (AES-256) in a dedicated secrets vault, rotated on your schedule, and never visible to TPA Ventures support staff.
- Every read and write is recorded in an immutable audit log with user, timestamp, student identifier and field changed, exportable for state monitoring or records requests.

How often does SpedTrack data refresh?
Nightly by default. Districts can schedule more frequent exports during peak IEP season.
Is TPA Ventures a SpedTrack partner?
No. The connection uses exports your district already generates.
Do drafts change anything in SpedTrack automatically?
No. A certified educator reviews every draft and enters final text in SpedTrack.
